Pay What You Feel It’s Worth
Let us know your monthly budget limit for website and marketing work, and we’ll set the retainer to that. All increases in retainer are approved by you, but decreases are applied automatically, if workload decreases over time. For instance, at the conclusion of a project, or say after 6 months of essentially no action, we’ll automatically reduce the monthly retainer and send you an email to say thanks for being a client.

All plans include forever free US-based WordPress site hosting on my Dreamhost shared hosting account in California. These are unlimited-everything accounts, with unlimited disk, users, emails, databases, subdomains etc, Unix Shell access (FTP/SFTP/SSH/Socks 5 style VPN), WordPress admin account access, and full Dreamhost control panel access so you can manage your staff emails quickly and tweak your mySQL database with phpMyAdmin if you so desire. They even integrate with Let’s Encrypt SSL to enable free https hosting, so you can have the green lock icon in the URL bar meaning it’s secure, and a funky way to login by pointing your phone at a wavey animation like we do ourself on the login screen at Tomachi Corp. That and multiple redundant networks paths + nightly backups. I can also setup other kinds of internet servers using other protocols – just ask!
Our terms of service basically say no illegal content and if I die or something explodes I’m not liable; and that you always own 100% your own domain name, website content, e-commerce sales revenue etc. Tomachi Corporation have never entered into any arrangement involving ownership of your business domain, and has never prevented access to someones own site intentionally.
We prefer to give you the tools and training you need to do it yourself, and only call on me when you really need to.
Standard Rates:
- $300 per hour “network security rate”: all fully quoted
- $100 per hour “corporate rate”: offsite, after hours support and emergency remote access, email
- $80 per hour “SME rate”: regular onsite unquoted work, meetings, phone and video calls
- Unmetered 24/7 web support : While we do keep accurate time logs this is only for us to check our productivity. Usually if you already have an active retainer on direct debit we will not invoice you for the short burst of work if the next 6 months or so would cover it. If you require extra time, we can talk about increasing your regular retainer amount.
